Charlamagne Tha God has apparently fallen victim to Usher’s domestic terrorization after the R&B crooner serenaded his other half during a recent performance.
Over the weekend, “The Breakfast Club” host and his wife of nearly 10 years, Jessica Gadsden, attended Usher’s show at his Las Vegas residency. While there, the “Climax” hitmaker singled out Gadsden and sang to her in a way that had her husband shaking in his boots.

“He’s a terrorist,” Charlamagne said to DJ Envy and guest co-host Cappuchina on the Monday, Oct. 23, episode of the radio show. “Terrorists come to you, he don’t bring you on stage he comes to you.”
The 45-year-old continued, “Not only did Usher sing to my wife, he gave my wife a dozen roses” which he claimed were passed over to his sister. According to the TV personality, his wife wasn’t the only woman who was almost put under the Grammy winner’s trance.
Charlamagne stated, “He went from my wife to Doja Cat, who was clearly there with a guy. I don’t know if that was her dude, but he didn’t care.”
“Then Jessica Alba was sitting behind me, he went to Jessica Alba started singing to her. She’s married, then he had the nerve to look at J-LO and say ‘I don’t want no smoke with Ben Affleck.’ Well, what you want smoke with me for?” he hollered.
Despite his judgmental tone, Charlamagne suggested that he found the 45-year-old singer’s terroristic acts “amusing.”
“It’s part of Usher’s show. I love it. The King of R&B,” he said.
The segment was shared on @2cool2bl0g via Instagram where commenters advised Usher to tread lightly before he serenades the wrong woman. One person wrote, “USHER GONNA F–K AROUND AND FIND OUT,” while another user penned, “Usher want all the smoke.”
Over the past few months, Usher ignited several think pieces online due to his charming way of serenading female celebrities who attend his jam-packed shows. A few women who’ve swooned over the father of four’s vocal ability include Taraji P. Henson, Issa Rae, Gabrielle Union, Summer Walker, and Keke Palmer.
Palmer’s interaction with Usher caused an uproar with her child’s father, Darius Jackson, who went on an extensive X rant where he bashed the 30-year-old’s outfit she wore for Usher’s show.
Elsewhere in the comment section, a fan decided to remind Charlamagne of his past infidelities, writing, “I don’t why Charlamagne is mad. Didn’t he cheat on his wife multiple times?”
The “Brilliant Idiots” podcaster has been very vocal about stepping out on his wife throughout their marriage. In an April 2023 interview on “The Pivot Podcast,” he even suggested that cheating was all ego-based.

Charlamagne and Gadsden have been together since high school, but they finally tied the knot in 2014. The high school sweethearts share four children together, whom they refrain from posting online.
