Bravo reality OG Phaedra Parks has found herself at the center of yet another network scandal regarding claims of misconduct.

Parks along with Brandi Glanville of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” are facing sexual assault and harassment accusations for their alleged interactions with a party butler while filming season 2 of “Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip.”

Marco Vega, the butler, filed a lawsuit against Bravo, claiming it encourages its stars to engage in sexually inappropriate behavior. Neither Parks nor Glanville are named as defendants; however, their alleged behavior is detailed in the suit as evidence of the problematic work atmosphere Bravo reportedly supports.

Vega was hired to work a gathering at “The Real Housewives of New York City” cast member Dorinda Medley’s Blue Stone Manor in Massachusetts in September 2021, when he claims that he was accosted by Parks and Glanville.

The man alleges a show producer ordered him to “go over and get the women dancing!” This reportedly came after a female adult entertainer performed a strip tease. “‘Earn your money, Marco. Take your shirt off. Do something!’” he claimed Glanville told him as she ripped open his shirt. According to the Daily Mail, Vega expressed his displeasure with the way he was treated at the party, which involved heavy alcohol consumption.

“I was not, I am not okay with it,” he told a viewer while responding to questions about the boozy scene two years ago in an Instagram Live hosted by the Brands by Bravo account. “Check the footage in that exact moment. I was not happy,” he added.

Vega is married and said that his appearance and interaction with the women on the show caused a strain on his marriage. In a separate episode noted in the lawsuit, he alleged that Glanville “consumed alcohol, became intoxicated, and more brash, going so far as to grope” him. She allegedly told him to “deliver cock” to housewives while referencing wine bottles shaped like genitalia.

Vega alleges that Parks slapped him on the butt, but centers the bulk of his claims against the former model.

Bravo “had overwhelming prior notice of Ms. Glanville’s prior deviant sexual proclivities and sexually harassing conduct,” the suit states.

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum was caught in a controversy during season 9 on the Atlanta-based franchise when she lied about Kandi Burruss and her husband, Todd Tucker, wanting to date-rape fellow cast member Porsha Williams.

Fallout over the slanderous tale, which came out during the season reunion, resulted in the attorney’s dismissal from the series and destroyed her friendship with Burruss. Though she since has made amends with the network and is even starring in the new season of “Married to Medicine,” her past was not lost on fans who weighed in on the current legal matter.

Another person wrote, “He’s literally dipping it low n grinding n she patted him on the a– ! Let’s be fr!” after viewing Vega dance with the women in the scene. A third social media user wrote, “That was definitely sexual assault. Just imagine if the roles were reversed.”

Vega is asking for punitive damages, attorneys’ fees, costs and disbursements of action in the filing against Bravo and its affiliates Warner Brothers Entertainment, NBCUniversal Media, and Peacock TV LLC.
