Reginae Carter pulled her followers’ heartstrings on Feb. 15 after sharing a touching upload with her father, Lil Wayne.
In the Instagram post, Carter and Wayne, who appeared to have celebrated Valentine’s Day with one another, are all smiles as they pose for the camera after spending the holiday together.
Despite not releasing any information regarding the pair’s whereabouts and what they did to commemorate the special day, Carter did, however, pen a sweet message to her father in the caption by writing, “My forever Valentine.”
As fans began to view the post, many raved over Carter and Wayne’s inseparable bond. One social media user went as far as to praise the rapper’s unconditional admiration for his daughter in spite of her being an adult.

In addition to the remarks regarding Carter and Wayne’s close-knit relationship, others pointed out how the 23-year-old was a perfect blend of both of her parents while also mentioning Toya Johnson, Wayne’s ex-wife and her mother.
One wrote, “You look like Wayne too! Beautiful combo.” Another said, “I love how you look exactly like BOTH parents.” A third Instagram user stated, “You look so much like your mom when you guys are together, but now you look so much like your dad.”
This isn’t the first time fans brought up how strongly Carter resembled her parents. In May 2019, Carter’s similar features were apparent after sharing an image of herself as she lounged on the couch while promoting a fashion brand. She captioned the post, “loungin’.”
