‘Yo Daddy’s Twin’: Fans Blown Away By Reginae Carter’s Striking Resemblance to Lil Wayne

It may have been Mother’s Day this past weekend, but reality star Reginae Carter apparently reminded folks that she takes after her father’s looks.

It’s no secret that Carter and her dad, rapper Lil Wayne share a tight-knit bond, but folks apparently never noticed how much the two resembled until recently.

The 20-year-old took to Instagram on Saturday with an image of herself modeling on a couch seemingly for a promotional post.

“Loungin’ Set from @fashionnova 💋,” she wrote in her caption, showing off her makeup-free natural beauty.

Considering how much the “T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle” star is always said to strongly resemble her mother Toya Wright, some respondents rather contrarily asserted that looks to her father.

“DAMN you lookn like ya daddy Lil Wayne ❤️ girl you yo daddy’s twin.”

“Wayne Jr 😍 you look flawless without makeup.”

“👀 like your pops when you all Jazzed up you look like your moma Twin….but when you natural you look just like your daddy! That’s crazy lol 😍.”

“Cute!! It’s amazing at how much you look like your Dad here. looking just like her father lil wayne 💯💯.”

Carter is the “Drop the World” rapper’s eldest child and their father-daughter relationship is tight-knit. So much that Lil Wayne put the reality actress on his recent album “The Carter V” which dropped in September 2018. She claimed that was the greatest gift her father had ever given her.

“That was really big because I’ve been wanting to do a song with my father for so long,” she told Page Six in October, adding that her and Wayne could’ve been the “new Nat King Cole!”

She continued, “I’ve always said that to him, so for him to put ‘Famous’ on the album and it get such a good outlook like everybody loved it on the Billboard charts, that really just made my whole entire life.”

The former “GUHH” star is stepping out of her father’s shadow and appears to be making a name for herself in the film industry. She landed a role in Lifetime film “Pride and Prejudice: Atlanta” which is set to premiere Saturday, June 1, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on the Lifetime network.
