Meagan Good‘s physical appearance was a topic of conversation on Wednesday, Jan. 26, after she shared a post about a new project.
In the Instagram upload, Good, who wore a form-fitting turquoise dress accessorized with several pieces of jewelry, including earrings and a necklace, was seen posing for the camera along to Tierra Whack’s 2021 single “Meagan Good.”
The clip continued with the “Harlem” star seductively exiting what appears to be a dressing room and making her way to the set of an undisclosed gig. In addition to the recording, Good informed her fans that she is returning to work following a week’s hiatus from her social media account.
Good wrote while shouting out Whack for the song inspired by the actress, “Back to work kids. S/O to| @tierrawhack for the tunesss.” As many viewed the 40-year-old’s post, fans raved over Good’s “beauty.” An individual even went as far as to reference the star’s Instagram bio moniker.

Among the compliments, others mentioned Good’s breakup glow. One wrote, “That’s that I’m free glow. I know it all too well!” Another said, “She’s glowing after that divorce.” A third Instagram user stated, “When women get divorced, that glow be hitting differently.”
Good is currently undergoing divorce proceedings with her husband of nine years, DeVon Franklin. In December, the couple announced their split in a joint statement to People Magazine and later on their respective social media accounts.
Last week, during an interview with XONecole, the “Waist Deep” star shared details about how she is holding up following the end of her nine-year marriage to Franklin.
“Throughout life, I’ve always approached relationships as understanding that at some point, they’ll get to the place that they’re going to, and then they would be over. I’ve always had an attitude of like, ‘All right, next chapter. We’ll see what’s next,’ and being okay with that and appreciating what you give to someone and what they give to you and sharing a moment in time and in life that you never get back regardless of how it ends.”
Despite Good describing the divorce as “the most painful thing” because she felt she and Franklin would be together forever, the actress added that she is optimistic for what’s to come. She said, “I still am hopeful for the future. I still — maybe this isn’t a chapter, but I just feel that it’s my next act in life, and I trust God.”
Good and Franklin met in 2011, while the star was working on the set of “Jumping the Broom.” The two later married in 2012.
