Donald Trump‘s longtime feud with a Hollywood actor has seemingly made a major comeback.
The president has verbally sparred with several actors, comedians, and late-night hosts, some of whom are no longer on air or taking a break.
Jimmy Kimmel spent years joking about Trump and first lady Melania but got suspended for a week over one remark about Charlie Kirk. Stephen Colbert’s talk show was canceled by CBS just days after he blasted Trump.
One actress and comedian moved out of the country to get away from Trump.
Now, she’s back in the U.S. with a vengeance, making the podcast rounds and keeping Trump in her crosshairs.
Rosie O’Donnell moved to Ireland after Trump was selected as president in the 2024 election over Kamala Harris.
Continuing her years-long feud from “The View,” O’Donnell credited Trump with fueling her recent career resurgence.
The two have gone back and forth for weeks in podcast interviews and stinging social media posts.
“I feel like recently I’m re-famous. That’s what I feel. I told my kids, well, kids, hold on, ’cause mommy’s re-famous,” O’Donnell explained on the “Good Hang with Amy Poehler” podcast on Aug. 11. “I don’t know how it happened.”
She continued ripping into Trump, with not one but two brutal nicknames.
“I think it’s Mango Mussolini,” she began. “I think it’s him who did it. He didn’t know. If he knew how much he was helping my career and my life, he would shut up about me because, you know, he’s a horrible creature,” said O’Donnell.
Her remarks arrive just days after she accused Trump of influencing ABC producers to drop one of her jokes.
This week, O’Donnell will take over as guest host of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” as Kimmel continues his two-month summer break.
Facebook viewers are already buzzing after watching Ike Barinholtz, Tiffany Haddish, Colman Domingo and Anthony Anderson take shots at Trump during his absence.
One person said, “I plan to watch all of Rosie’s shows even if I don’t know who the guests are. Maybe Trump will be so enraged he will tear himself in two!! Lol”
Another wrote, “I’m not necessarily a fan of Rosie’s, but I’m really looking forward to her stint filling in for Jimmy!!”
However, O’Donnell received a fierce warning to brace for Trump’s wrath once he finds out. “This will not end well — for 47, at least,” predicted one person.
“If you think Trump hates her now…just wait until she is the guest host and really pisses him off!” said another.

A fifth commentator said, “I am so looking forward to these shows … and then looking forward to Trump’s bazillion rants and raves for a few days. Hahaha.”
In another interview, released on the same day, O’Donnell said she rarely interacts with Trump supporters, with actress Wynonna Judd as the exception.
“I don’t really have any people in my life who support him,” she said on “The Tangle with Kyle Ridley” podcast.
However, the “Flintstones” star remains friends with Judd despite their political differences, explaining, “I kind of give her a grace in a way.”
Aside from Judd, O’Donnell said she struggles to understand Trump’s supporters.
“His cruelty is so blatant, his criminal behavior is so obvious. His misogyny, his racism, his homophobia,” the actress stressed. “He’s just a very dark spirit, and I don’t know why that’s not obvious to the world.”
Trump will likely have plenty to say once he hears both interviews and catches wind of the new nicknames. With O’Donnell now returning to late-night, their feud may be heading into another round.
