Tami Roman has fans piling on the praise after she stepped out for a red carpet premiere Monday night.
The star of VH1’s “Basketball Wives” headed to the premiere of the upcoming drama/crime film starring Tiffany Haddish called “The Kitchen” on August 5. Deciding to walk the carpet solo, Roman posed in a bright yellow ruffled gown from House of CB, thanks to fashion stylist Joshua Omar Johnson. The strapless dress featured a split that exposed the actress and reality star’s left thigh, and she paired the look with clear high heels and a waist-length dark black wig by Tasha D., styled by I Am What’s Her Name in Los Angeles.
Fans who took note of Roman’s appearance raved in the comments section.

Roman’s red carpet appearance is her first since confirming on Instagram that she’s done filming for the eighth season of “Basketball Wives,” which will be her last.
“BitterSweet so appreciative & thankful for the last 9 yrs! Dear God, it’s me, Tami again… what you got for me?” Roman said in part in a caption of a photo of her final confessional look on Friday.
The star has not been seen quite as much onscreen this season as she has in the past. Beginning with season 7, Roman has been largely keeping herself apart from cast members Jennifer Williams, Shaunie O’Neal, Jackie Christie, Malaysia Pargo, Evelyn Lozada, Ogom “O.G.” Chijindu, Cece Gutierrez and Kristen Scott.
As the ladies headed on a drama-filled cast trip to Amsterdam at the end of last season, Roman stayed behind in Los Angeles, preferring to avoid tensions among the women. Similarly, Roman also chose not to go to San Diego with the rest of the cast this season. The star has made it clear before that she doesn’t believe many in the crew have her best wishes at heart, which is why she initially didn’t tell them she was married to longtime boyfriend Reggie Youngblood.
“I feel like I don’t really need to disclose that I’m married because I don’t know who will be genuinely happy, who would really care,” she said in a confessional scene earlier this season. “Rather than go through all those emotions and figure out who’s real and who’s not, I’ll just keep the s–t to myself.”
