Fans have been relentlessly asking about when the new season of “Basketball Wives” will debut on VH1. While star and executive producerShaunie O’Neal has said they’ll have to wait until June to see it, a recent Instagram Story post from Ogom “O.G.” Chijindu indicates the season will be rife with drama.
Late last week, O.G. shared a tweet from Tami Roman to her Instagram page.
“If you’re not doing better than the person you’re talking s–t about…be quiet, you look stupid 🤷🏽♀️” Roman tweeted April 12.
O.G. took a screenshot of the message and added it in her IG Story Friday, “🤫.. Real Stupid..🤫. Facts.”
The questions surrounding who O.G. and/or Roman could be referring to have fans eagerly wondering about the post. They’re stoked for “Basketball Wives” to come back on the air this summer.

When season 7 of “Basketball Wives” debuted last year, Roman and O.G. had issues with Evelyn Lozada.
Roman feuded with Lozada over accusations about who spread the rumor that Lozada slept with one of O’Neal’s exes. Lozada even hit Roman below the belt and charged that she was “looking like a crackhead.” Roman struck back by bringing up Lozada’s history of abuse.
O.G.’s problem with Lozada came when the latter made fun of her breasts, claiming “they look crazy.” While the former newbie was filming a confessional for the newest season, fans even speculated she may have gotten a breast augmentation as a result of Lozada’s mocking.
As for Jennifer Williams, she claimed all season long to have evidence that Roman was the one behind the rumor about O’Neal’s ex and Lozada. And despite some tense moments between her and Roman over the matter, Williams’ proof never materialized.
