R&B artist K. Michelle appears to be fed up with who continue to criticize her appearance.
Over the last past year, the “Crazy Like You” singer has been accused of bleaching her skin despite the setting the record straight on more than one occasion. It seems she’s grown increasingly tired of folks judging her outer appearance and is refusing to hold her tongue any longer.
The 35-year-old took to Instagram on March 14 with a video of herself promoting her upcoming lifestyle brand. In the clip, she also urged fans to take care of themselves.
“Mind the business that pays you, keep your skin nice and pretty, your pu–y wet and your prayers direct,” K. Michelle said while adding in her caption, “Hello People 💋 #goodvibes.”

However, the responses she received from fans were everything short of “good vibes,” with many questions about why she seemingly looked lighter than usual.
“She looks so light, her skin is really bright in this video,” one fan replied.
Another added, “Dude bright light 😂😂.”
A third person commented, “Don’t get me wrong luv her music, but she’s awful bright her skin she’s not that light she’s brown skin wen she ‘s on luv hip hop. Her damn skin is not that light, she not a redbone 🙄.”
K. Michelle appeared to be tired of the jaded comments and went off on fans who had something negative to say.
“Get the f–k off my page!” the musician exclaimed. “I’m sick of nothing a– hoes always in somebody business. Go find my neck! I ain’t did s–t to my skin and if you knew my background you wouldn’t be spreading no dumb s–t like that. I’m sick of you tired a–s bi–ches!”
She continued, “Can’t even get o here and spread positivity. You h-es getting blocked and cursed the f–k out from now on. … If I see you out… watch how you get dog walked.”
Fans also stuck up for her against critics.
“Hell we all usually get lighter during these times 🙄 I know I do,” one fan said. “Black people skin can be unpredictable sometimes we are not science.”
“Don’t pay attention to the haters K.,” another added. “You look amazing 😘.”
Around fall of 2018, K. Michelle was continuously accused of skin whitening after folks pointed out the supposed lightening of her complexion. In past interviews, she’s revealed that she suffers from a skin condition called rosacea, which can sometimes cause skin discoloration.

She also addressed the accusations in an Instagram post, attributing her off appearance to health issues.
“I’ve been fighting for my life for six months. Umm, of course, I don’t look the same. Seriously,” she said in part. “Your own people will make fun of you when you really on some positive s–t. … So let’s clear it … Bleaching- Never done it and don’t even know how.”
