When The Game shared a photo of his 6-year-old model daughter, many commenters praised her, but one person led the rapper to lay down the law when it came to dissing Blue Ivy Carter.
Game, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, posted a photo Thursday, May 11 of daughter Cali Dream on Instagram at the daytime talk show The Real, where she works.
Many comments flooded in praise of the child.
But one person decided to tear down Beyoncé and Jay Z’s 5-year-old daughter Blue Ivy while complimenting Cali.
The Game wasn’t having that.
This isn’t the first time Blue Ivy has been the subject of vitriol. A BET producer was suspended in 2014 over a joke actress Karrueche Tran made about Blue’s hair.
“I really did wake up like this because my parents never comb my hair,” Tran said on “106 & Park.”
Tran immediately apologized, but the backlash was enough to force BET to discipline the producer who wrote the joke, which Tran read from a teleprompter.
Blue’s hair was also the subject of a petition requesting her hair be properly cared for.
Either way, Blue Ivy is unbothered.
