Venus Williams and her younger sister Serena Williams stopped fans in their tracks on Dec. 28 by wearing similar white ensembles during an outing in Miami.
In the Instagram post shared on Venus’ account, the two are seen wearing white mini dresses with eyelet detailing throughout the entire ensembles. Despite wearing what appeared to be almost identical outfits, the two tennis champions’ dresses had a couple of distinctions. The get-up that the 41-year-old Venus sported had a plunging neckline, whereas Serena’s dress had more of a floral pattern.
In addition to the dress differences, Venus and Serena decided to accessorize their attire with a few subtle pieces. Venus wore a necklace and white sneakers. Serena completed her look with aviator glasses, a bracelet, and colorful shoes. Although it is unclear if the sisters planned to wear similar ensembles, that didn’t stop Venus from mentioning how they were “twinning” in her caption. She wrote, “Still twinning after all this time xoxo.”
A short time later, Serena reposted the image on her now-deleted Instagram Story along with heart emojis. As fans began to view Venus’ upload, many marveled over the duo’s looks.

Among the duo’s compliments, other people expressed how they loved “King Richard.”
One wrote, “You both are fabulous and awesome! I loved the movie! Wow! Your family was so special!” Another said,”Love you guys. And ‘King Richard’ hands down, the best movie I’ve seen all year! It was awesome to hear from dad’s POV.”

Last month, Serena disclosed during an interview with Entertainment Weekly why it was necessary to tell her and Venus’ life stories through their father’s eyes. She told the publication, “There are so many ways to tell this story. But I think telling it through my dad was the best way because he had the idea. He knew how to do it.”
