It looks like Ray J Norwood is facing backlash from his wife Princess Love and her fan base.
The “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood” couple experienced marital drama late last year after Love publicly claimed that Norwood left her and their 1-year-old daughter Melody Love stranded in Las Vegas. Of course, Norwood denied her claims.
On their new reality show on The Zeus Network, “The Conversation,” both Love and her husband speak openly about their martial woes and the Las Vegas drama they experienced. In a clip of the couple’s sitdown for the March 23 episode, the 35-year-old mother of two began to break down during their emotional conversation. Norwood’s response was, “Why are you crying? I don’t understand why you crying, can you tell me why?”
When Love tried to explain about a woman reaching out to her about allegedly having an affair with Norwood, the “One Wish” singer cut his wife off and said, “You already said that. … You keep talking in circles.”
Many of Love’s fans dragged the new father for his “disrespectful” behavior toward his wife and urged Love to get a divorce.
“He’s disrespectful as hell! 🤦♀️🤦♀️She’s crying because she realizes In that moment she needs to leave, she tried to explain, hell even tried to come with an open heart to hear your side but the damage is done, she’s broken.”
“If Narsasitic Was A Person It Would Be Him.”
“You’re too beautiful of a person, woman and mother. You deserve the utmost respect. He doesn’t deserve someone like you. Blessings to you and your beautiful babies 🙏🏼❤️”
“The sad thing is that he could care less and that’s so obvious. Although, we all knew that when he threw you in the pool. Instead of approaching this PLANNED conversation with an apology and trying to make things work, he’s just acting like he doesn’t care.”
“Wow. Sis get out. I thought he changed. She’s beautiful she should not put up with that. It’s time to end it. Divorce him.”
When Love threatened to leave their conversation in a separate clip, Norwood said to his wife, “Well get up and leave I don’t give a f–k. I didn’t beg you to do this s–t.”
In an interview with “The Talk” on March 4, Norwood suggested that he and Love were still trying to work out their marriage.
“It’s hot in the kitchen,” the father of two said of their marriage. “I watched a little bit of the conversation that we had and I’m still bothered just by where we are, but God is working everything through. And we are trying to address the situation. You know what I’m saying, and try to become a solution to the problem.”
Love and Norwood tied the knot in 2016 and share two children together. The couple are currently not living with each other and appear to be separated.
