Porsha Williams is officially a new mom and she’s showing off the adorable proof on her Instagram page.
The first-time parent uploaded a photo of her baby girl, Pilar Jhena, to Instagram Wednesday. Although her face was turned away from the camera, fans could clearly see the newborn has a head full of hair — enough to rival her mom’s GoNaked Hair line!
“This is what gave mommy all tha heartburn😫❤” “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star captioned the photo, remarking on the old wives’ tale that women who have heartburn during pregnancy are likely to have babies with lots of hair on their heads.
It is the second peek of the new arrival that’s been shared after Williams’ fiancé Dennis McKinley posted a snap the day Pilar was born.
It didn’t take long for fans to flood Williams’ comments section with tons of good wishes and positive responses for the little one and her mom.
“So precious!!! Congratulations to you both 💕”
“Congratulations, God Bless and May your happiness continue to bloom..you’re in a most precious and beautiful time now! ❤️ shine on 🌟 ✌🏽”
“Beautiful long pretty hair! Congratulations!”
“Awwww a head full of hair….just beautiful💖”
“God bless you and Dennis @porsha4real. I can only imagine how beautiful Baby PJ is. You have her slaying already with the matching head wrap and robe. 🙏🏽👶🏽🍼🎀🧸🙏🏽”
Williams gave birth to Pilar Jhena, nicknamed PJ, via a reported c-section on Friday, March 22. The baby’s arrival made first-time parents out of both Williams and her fiancé.
“The pregnancy came from the left, but it definitely has brought us closer together because you realize when it sets in that you are actually bringing a life to this world, that you have become family overnight,” she said to People magazine in September 2018 after finally confirming she was expecting following months of speculation from fans.
“The thought of me getting that blessing after praying for it for so long and getting that blessing with someone who is just as excited as me — it’s Dennis’ first child, just like me — and it’s something we’ve both always wanted … It’s like a dream come true,” she added.
