‘My Greatest Inspiration’: Ciara Shows Support of Husband Russell Wilson’s Massive Contract Extension Deal with Denver Broncos

Ciara gave fans another reason to love her and husband, Russell Wilson, who Ciara noted was her “greatest inspiration,”  in a tweet where she expressed how proud she is of him and all of his success after his incredible contract extension with the Denver Broncos.

The singer tweeted, “Baby, @DangeRussWilson I am so proud of you! You’re the most dedicated and hardworking person I know! It’s been so beautiful to see you become a Bronco! So excited for the journey ahead! You’re 1 of 1! My greatest inspiration. I love you so much! #LetsRide.”

Wilson recently agreed on an impressive five-year contract extension with the Denver Broncos where he will receive $245 million, which also includes $165 million guaranteed.

On Thursday, Sept. 1 Wilson tweeted, “ALL THE GLORY TO JESUS!!! #HEisKing.”

Wilson and Ciara have eased their way into their new lives as Denverites. In April, the couple bought a $25 million mansion located in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado. The 20,060 square-foot purchased mansion was apparently, “the most expensive single-family home ever sold in the history of the city.” Which makes perfect sense since it also holds an indoor pool, game room, basketball court, theater and a nine-car garage.

On top of the house, Wilson gifted Ciara a new puppy for Mother’s Day this year; she even decided to name her new pet after the quarterback’s team, Bronco.

“Her name is Bronco. Say hi, say hi, Bronco,” Ciara said in her Instagram video where she introduced Bronco to her 32.7 million followers.

The beloved couple has quickly become a part of the Colorado community and has done charitable work in the short time they’ve moved there. During the summertime, both Wilson and Ciara became co-founders of retail store, “The House of LR&C” — Love, Respect and Care — at Park Meadows located in Lone Tree, Denver.

They have also announced a partnership between their Why Not You Foundation and “Centura’s Health Equity and Advancement Fund,” where the duo will donate $500k per year to all Colorado nonprofits. Wilson and Ciara have definitely begun to make an impact in Denver already with their generous acts.
