On her husband’s 33rd birthday, singer Ciara wished her “king,” Russell Wilson, a happy birthday on Instagram, all while gushing about just how much he means to her.
Her post on Instagram showed three Polaroid photos of the couple out celebrating. “On this day, a Leader was born. My King. On this day, a Compassionate Man was born. An incredible Husband and Father. On this day a Champion was born. An inspiration to so many! My Greatest Inspiration. The Big 33. My Baby @DangeRussWilson!”

Ciara further expressed how she feels about her husband and father to two of her children. “I wake up everyday excited to love you, everyday with you feels like a celebration and today it’s a BIG celebration! Thankful to God for blessing me to go on this great journey called Life with you. You are everything to me. My Beautiful Birthday Boy I love you sooooo much! Happy Birthday Honey. #JesusYear”
Earlier in the day, the “Goodies” singer serenaded Wilson carrying a tray of cupcakes. This was captured in video format and posted on his account on IG. Both Wilson and Ciara, who have been married for six years, seemed happy and shared a kiss before Wilson blew out the candles.
This isn’t the first time that the couple has professed their strong intimate feelings for each other over IG. When celebrating Ciara’s birthday this year, Oct. 25, Wilson did much of the same for his wife in wishing her a very loving and public happy birthday. “Perfect in every way. God made you for me. He made you to fit perfectly in my arms. Made you to be the amazing woman and mother you are. God made you to entertain the world with your gift to sing & dance! He gifted you with the ability to Tilt the room.. when you walk in ALL the furniture slides towards you. He gifted you with the ability to smile and bring joy to ALL things! Gifted you with the ability to LOVE. Happy Birthday my Queen @Ciara Heaven sent!” Wilson said.
Ciara said in her response: “I didn’t have much growing up, but I can say I had a lot of love. That feeling made me feel like I could conquer the world. That’s how you make me feel. Like a little girl all over again. I love you so much! #BirthDayGirl #Forever21 #SpaceNeedleForTwo”
