‘She Had Been Doing Things to Pick at Me’: Porsha Williams Reveals Why She Feels ‘RHOA’ Co-star Kenya Moore is Trying to Expose Her in ‘Strippergate’ Scandal

Porsha Williams addressed the issues she had with her “Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-star Kenya Moore during an “RHOA” after show that gathered the entire cast on Feb. 21 to discuss the most-talked-about moments that occurred during season 13. In the segment, Williams was joined by cast mates Shamea Morton and Drew Sidora

When asked on mark 6:39 about why Moore was adamant on finding out what happened between the stripper BOLO and the suspected women involved in the alleged threesome, Morton revealed that the Kenya Moore Hair Care creator didn’t care about the act but more so wanted to target Williams.

She said, “I don’t really know that she cares about what happened, I think she just cares about Porsha.”

Williams quickly seconded Morton’s statement by mentioning the times the former beauty queen had picked on her throughout season 13, including when she ridiculed the “Dish Nation” co-host’s involvement in the Black Lives Matter movement. She added that when those disparaging remarks didn’t do what Moore initially intended — which was to get Williams to react — that is when the stripper comments came.

The 39-year-old said on mark 6:48, “She had been doing things to pick at me. I start feeling little stings here and there that I wasn’t really reacting to. So I think by that time, she was like, ‘Oh, this will be the thing that I’ll be able to get her to react,’ or maybe just even get me to engage, because, honestly, I had not really engaged with her.”

The “RHOA” star said despite the horrible treatment during the all-girls trip to South Carolina — from not feeding the women to having a botched bus ride to the rental property — she didn’t utter a word, because her relationship with Moore was nonexistent.

Williams added although she wasn’t affected by the 50-year-old’s current statement regarding BOLO, that couldn’t be said for her co-star and friend Tanya Sam, who was also accused of participating in the alleged sexual liaison. Sam reportedly quit the show following the allegations.

“I understood how Tanya felt, because it’s been years of dealing with Kenya for me to get to this space. And trust me, last year I’ll go toe to toe, year before that toe to toe, any other year toe to toe. So I couldn’t really judge the fact that Tanya was upset about her lying on her like that, I had to just let her be pissed. I couldn’t say, ‘No, let’s both play cool,’ No, I just had to let her have her natural reaction.”

Williams concluded her statement by throwing shots at Moore by saying she looks physically better than her “RHOA” cast member because she chose the high road.

“In the past, I’ve always given her the power. I’ve given her the energy, I’ve decided to engage, and there’s nothing but negativity there. I would not have such a smooth forehead and a round ass if I was as miserable as Kenya, and that is why she has lumps. That is why her mouth is twisted, and you can drive the bus driver on through the dents in her butt and in her face. You know, so for me, I’d rather have my smile lines go up than be dealing with negativity in my life.”

The “RHOA” cast also brought up the girls fishing trip following Cynthia Bailey’s infamous bachelorette party and other drama-filled moments. New episodes of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” air at 8 p.m. Sunday on Bravo.
