‘Yandy’s Twin’: Mendeecees Harris’ Sweet Video With Daughter Derails After Fans Say She Looks Just Like His Wife Yandy

When Mendeecees Harris shared a video of himself and daughter Skylar Harris, there’s a good chance that he thought people would say she looks like him. But that wasn’t the case.

Harris uploaded the clip to Instagram last week, which showed him and 5-year-old Skylar sitting on the couch having a little daughter-daddy time.

“Look who I look like,” asked Skylar, as she showed her father a smartphone screen.

“Oh God, look crazy,” Harris said back, right before giving a certain look to the camera. He also let everyone know just what he and his daughter were doing in the clip.

“All she wants to do is make funny face apps, Oh and tik tok 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ #mybaby ❤️❤️,” he wrote in the caption.

A lot of people weighed in on the video, and many said Skylar looks exactly like her mother and Harris’ wife Yandy Smith-Harris, not him.

“She’s double of her mama xx ❤️” someone stated.

“andy’s twin,” another person wrote.

“She is sooo beautiful like her mommy wow ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😍😍,” a third follower commented.

There were also plenty of comments about how big Skylar has gotten and how adorable she is.

Plenty of people left messages congratulating Harris that he’s home too, since he was released from prison to a New York halfway house in January. He spent four years in federal prison on drug trafficking charges.

His first message after leaving prison came on Feb. 5.

“Having a place to go is a home,” he wrote next to a photo of himself, Skylar, his wife and their son Omere Harris. “Having someone to love is a family. Having both is a BLESSING. Family is everything.”

One of Harris’ recently posted family photos came last month, where he seemed to address COVID-19 and gave some financial advice.

“Unfortunate circumstances happening to everyone…It’s called life,” he wrote. “Pray, have faith and have a plan. This is the best time to get your credit straight as well. Take it from me, that’s what I had to do. I want to protect and always provide for my family.”
