As many celebrities did on New Year’s Day, Halle Berry shared an Instagram photo of herself and wrote a message about 2020 being here.
The picture shows the veteran actress kneeling on a chair that’s covered with throw pillows, and she’s gazing out of the window at the sea. She’s also wearing a short white skirt without a top, so her huge back tattoo is on full display.
“#2020 sure looks beautiful 🌊,” wrote the 53-year-old in the caption.
Many of Berry’s 5 million followers said they were blown away by the shot, which they communicated to her plenty.
“I would die a happy man to spend a day on the lake with you!!! So beautiful,” one person wrote.
“Halle Berry in 2020 sure looks Beautiful…. I agree. … decades before. And I’m sure decades after. HAPPY NEW YEAR,” wrote another.
“The scenery takes a serious back seat to you,” a third Instagram user stated.
And another person wrote, “Sorry hun can’t be there with you. Lol. Happy New year. Love yah.”
So far, over 207,000 people liked the photo, and the responses are similar to the ones Berry received in 2019 when she posted pictures of herself.
Like the time she shared a photo of herself blowing bubbles in a bathtub. Or in April of last year when the “Catwoman” star posted a pic in a closed restaurant with her shirt open.
In regards to her upcoming movie projects, Berry will co-star in the MMA film “Bruised” as the character Jackie Justice. She got injured at one point on-set but seemed to make a speedy recovery.
She’s also supposed to star in a remake of the 1985 film “Jagged Edge,” which Deadline reported some time ago.
