R&B artist Keyshia Cole gave fans a glimpse of her and Niko “Khale” Hale‘s baby boy this week.
Last week, it was reported that Cole and Hale were apparently swamped with new parent duties after the “Heaven Sent” singer posted a meme about the infant keeping her up all night. The pair have still been adamant about keeping their child hidden from paparazzi and social media since her delivery, but she’s made a point to show a few cropped images of the baby.
She took to her Instagram story Wednesday morning, August 28, and gave fans a peek at her newborn with an upload. The photo showed the newborn’s arm on Cole’s chest as she seemingly held him in her arms. He appeared to be dressed in an orange and white onesie with a blanket wrapped around him.
The “Fallin’ Out” artist said it’s been hard to refrain from sharing photos of her child, but she’s not allowed to do so until the airing of her upcoming reality show.
“It’s becoming so hard to keep from posting pictures of my little guy,” she wrote across the image. “His eyes are everything!! … But I have to wait until the show airs!”
She added, “I want you all to see as a moment on the show! Like I said, I came back home to @Bet”
Cole, 37, and Hale, 23, welcomed their son and first child together Thursday, August 1. The infant’s name has yet to be revealed.
The mother of two, who shares 10-year-old son Daniel Gibson Jr. with estranged husband and former Cleveland Cavaliers player Daniel Gibson, first announced she was pregnant in May and confirmed weeks later she was having a son.
A day before their newborn was delivered, Hale wrote via Instagram that he was “nervous” and “excited” about fatherhood.
As for Cole’s untitled new reality series, it will be a baby special set to premiere on BET network. The premiere date has yet to be revealed.
Her and Hale’s fans are anxious to see photos of the child and have been bombarding the pair with a slew of questions.
“Where is the 👶👶 baby ❤️,” one fan commented on a post of hers from August 10.
Another added, “Body part pictures are corny… when can we see his face.”
