Congratulations are in order for singer R&B singer Keyshia Cole!
The 37-year-old artist is expecting her second child and first with
boyfriend, rapper Niko Khale. She took to Instagram on Friday morning with a photo of her hand touching her protruding baby bump.
She casually made mention of her pregnancy, writing in her caption, “Went to Catalina island Last weekend. Had such a good time!!!! Surrounded by Loooooooooove❤️ Just enjoying good times and GREAT VIBES 🤰🏽 I have a few shows coming up next weekend, DETROIT, MIAMI, 🥰 #MOTHERSDay is coming 🤔 I’m ready for ALL THE Love and GREAT ENERGY.”
She also posted images of her and 24-year-old Khale together.
Tiny Harris of Xscape congratulated Cole on her pregnancy, adding, “I fukn knew it!! Congratulations sis! So happy for u.”
The “Love” singer also received a shoutout from her older sister Neffeteria “Neffe” Pugh who wrote, “Proud Big Sister 😆❤️👑 Hid it so well from the World 👶🏽☺️ love you #BabyNumber2 #NewAddition.”
For some time now, fans suspected the Grammy Award-nominated artist was pregnant, and clearly their suspicions turned out to be true.
Cole and Khale have publicly been dating since early 2018 and appear to be madly in love. Their relationship formed nearly a year after she filed for divorce with estranged husband and former NBA player Daniel “Booby” Gibson, whom she shares 9-year-old son Daniel Gibson Jr. with. Their divorce has yet to officially be finalized.
Last year Cole actually announced she was pregnant, but admitted moments later in a now-deleted Instagram post that she lied due to the public body-shaming her.
For now, fans of the singer and her boyfriend couldn’t be happier that the two are expecting.
