Keyshia Cole left the internet with a slew of questions after saying she was waiting on the arrival of her “babes.”
That’s right! Fans wondered if the “Let It Go” singer was referring to her unborn as “babes” or if she was suggesting she is pregnant with twins or triplets. Counting down until her delivery date, she took to her Instagram Tuesday evening and wrote in her caption, “TWO DAYS COUNTDOWN!! I CANT BELIEVE IT IM SOOOOO EXCITED AND NERVOUS AT THE SAME TIME!!! Can’t wait for you to experience my new journey, the arrival of my ❤️❤️❤️ new babes.”
Fans immediately bombarded the post.
“What u having twins❤️❤️❤️ twin boys?”
“Wait is she having twins? Uhm, that Babe(s) is plural….?!”
“Omg is she having twins or triplets? Babies?”
“Am I the only one who caught the three hearts and (s) on the end of babes? 👀👀 I think it’s TWINS.”
Cole hasn’t responded to folks’ comments and probing yet, but it seems she may have been referring to her unborn son as “babes.”
“Yall already know she not having twins,” one fan said. “She talking about the baby.”
Cole, 37, and boyfriend Niko “Khale” Hale, 23, are less than two days away from meeting their unborn child. This will be the couple’s first child together and the singer’s second child. She shares 10-year-old Daniel Gibson Jr. with estranged husband and former Cleveland Cavaliers player Daniel Gibson.
The four-time Grammy-nominated artist announced her pregnancy at the top of May with a photo of her bulging belly. She wrote in her caption at the time, “Just enjoying good times and GREAT VIBES 🤰🏽.”
Viewers will get a chance to follow the celeb’s pregnancy journey on her new untitled reality series coming soon to BET. Details, such as the premiere date of her new show, have yet to be released as she apparently remains less than two days from delivering her baby boy.
