It seems the drama between “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Jasmine Washington and The “Frosts” is never-ending.
Washington, the former mistress of Kirk Frost, had a few words to get off her chest about him and his absentee parenting. She claimed he’s no longer active in their 3-year-old son’s life and that he and wife Rasheeda Frost are faking like they are for a television storyline.
In a now-deleted lengthy Instagram post uploaded to Washington’s page Tuesday night, she claimed “LHHATL” uninvited her to the reunion special that aired this Monday because she “no longer allowed” Rasheeda and Kirk to continue filming with 3-year-old Kannon and “act as if they really be spending time with him in real life. … They are tv parents.”
During the reunion special, Rasheeda and Kirk both claimed Washington wants the D-Lo manager to devote more time to the toddler than he already does. The “Boss Chick” said the former stripper knew what situation she was getting into when she had a child with a man who already had a family.
“You had a child with a married man and a family,” Rasheeda said on the show. “He’s not gonna change his structure for you. … He never made you think that sh-t from the beginning! So don’t think now that that child is in place that everything is gonna change. It’s not.”
Washington fired back at the couple’s comments, claiming Kirk is never around their son.
“I expect Kirk to be there like a f–king father,” the mother of one wrote. “Let’s start there. I dnt ask for much! But surely you can take out an hour of your ‘busy schedule’ to see him for his bday or pick him up for example. Is that me wanting y’all to change your ‘structure???’ I dnt even gaf that sis wants to hold me more accountable than her husband, but KANNON ain’t do sh-t to none of y’all.”
She also claimed Rasheeda and Kirk were trying to move on with their lives “like Kannon doesn’t exist,” and elsewhere in the extended post added, “Don’t know what fairytale world you live in but better believe having a child does change everything.”
As of Wednesday morning, neither Kirk nor Rasheeda has responded to any of Washington’s claims and remarks.
Social media has mixed reactions to the 28-year-old’s social media rant.
“I like Rasheeda but i agree with jasmine she not asking for money all she asking for is for you to be a father to your child 🤷🏾♀️. Kirk needs to step up and be a father. Rasheeda needs to blame him for the baby!”
“Oo well it’s a consequence of sleeping with a married man. This should be Jasmine’s lesson.”
“Both of the women need to realize they part! 🤷🏽♀️ jasmine u slept with a married man and rasheeda u stayed wit after he had a baby outside y’all marriage! Wat did both of them expect. Kirk is to blame.”
Kirk and Rasheeda wed in 1999 and share two sons together. Kirk has four other children from his previous relationships. Kirk and Jasmine, whom he had an affair with nearly four years ago, became parents of Kannon in 2016.
