Although it seems “Black Ink Crew: Chicago” star Ryan Henry is single and ready to mingle, viewers have a pretty good idea of who he shouldn’t date.
Since Henry’s breakup with on-and-off girlfriend Rachel Leigh, he’s had a few women throwing themselves at him, including “LHHH” star Apryl Jones, the ex-girlfriend of B2K member Omarion Grandberry.
Jones, who’s been at the center of controversy lately for allegedly dating her ex-boyfriend’s band member Lil Fizz, made a guest appearance during this week’s “Black Ink Chicago” episode and tried to holla at Henry. While at dinner together, the 9MAG owner asked Jones about her supposed romantic situation with Fizz, a relationship she chalked up as a “friendship.”
“He literally is someone that has been around when Omari was not there for me or did not support me,” she told Henry. “He’s someone that literally has helped me out of my depression, has given me money, helped me. You know just a friend.”
When the 9MAG owner pointed out Omarion and Fizz’s friendship, Jones corrected him and said, “He’s not real friends with the father of my kids, he does business with the father of my kids. It’s different.”
Jones then compared her friendship with Fizz to her and Henry’s relationship, saying fans also speculated she and Henry were intimate.
“People speculate that we’ve had sex, but we haven’t. Not yet,” Jones said to Henry in a flirtatious way. “I always say not yet cause it’s a possibility that one day we could.”
Henry reacted to Jones’ remarks with a dropped jaw before seemingly trying to change the subject about their already-made plans.
But “Black Ink Crew: Chicago” fans were not feeling Jones making a pass at Henry and warned him to stay clear of Jones.
“RUN RYAN RUUUUNNN!!! This girl is too much of a h-e ๐.”
“Sis so thirsty ๐ Ryan bet not hit that. Baby…She need a reality check. Really!!!”
“That’s some shady h-e ๐ฉ smfh๐ run far away Ryan and don’t look back.”
“Apryl you nasty ๐ค…How can you want to mess with Fizz Ewww๐ฒ๐ n throw yoself at Ryan. yuck.”
It was previously reported that Jones and Fizz confirmed their relationship after being spotted in the same bed together. Seemingly swiping down reports, both parties continue to say they’re just “best friends.” As for Jonesโ relationship with Omarion, it’s pretty much nonexistent. In a recent interview about the upcoming season of “LHHH” she said they’re having some issues with co-parenting and trying to figure it out.
Henry, on the other hand, appears to be getting cozy with ex-girlfriend Leigh. The pair were spotted together at one of his 9MAG events together last month.
