A day after Ciara released her newest single, “Set,” the star shared a video on Instagram featuring one of her favorite people: her son, Future Zahir.
The mother-son duo donned complementary sunglasses as they stared straight into the camera. Dancing and interacting with each other, CiCi and her 5-year-old son lip-synced the lyrics to the song from the star’s newest album, “Beauty Marks.”
“We Back:)….🤣❤️. Too much fun #Set,” the singer captioned the post.
The clip had fans in awe as they ate up the bonding moment between mother and child.

Ciara has shared other moments of closeness with her son. Last month, the star, who shares 2-year-old daughter Sienna Princess with Russell Wilson, uploaded a photo posing with the little fella she’s nicknamed Juicy Man.
The image saw CiCi in the foreground with Future hugging her neck from behind. Both had matching smiles as they gazed into the camera.
Much like the video from the weekend, fans applauded the pair’s relationship.

Ciara herself has been enjoying motherhood for deeper reasons. Last year, she reflected to W Magazine about how much it has improved her outlook on life.
“It’s changed me for the better. It’s made me not sweat the small stuff,” she said. “I think [being a mom] gives you more compassion in life, and more love in your heart. I have to say, I do love giving love [laughs] but I want to give more. There’s nothing sweeter than putting a smile on your kid’s face; there’s nothing sweeter than putting a smile on another kid’s face.”
