Carter gave fans a glimpse of her daily fitness routine at the gym including her punch combinations. She uploaded a stream of Instagram videos of her workout with celebrity trainer Kory Phillips aka “I Am the King Of Fitness” at an Atlanta UFC gym.
Her fitness regime included bicycle exercises for leg strengthening, standing biceps cable curbs for her arms, core training, and her intense boxing workouts. The first clip in her post showed Carter sparring with Phillips and displaying her handswork after her trainer yelled, “Cross, jab, jab, uppercut, cross.” She tried to do exactly as Phillips instructed, enthusiastically throwing punches at his hand pads.
“Some people get bitter, others get better 💪🏽💋,” she wrote in her caption, seemingly referring to her alleged new breakup with rapper YFN Lucci.
A few fans were impressed by the reality star’s jabbing skills, while others warned people to “watch out.”
“Nae Nae got hands 💪🏋️♀️ yesss boo get it! 💪🏾.”
“Ya’ll bet not piss Reginae off she gone knock ya head off 😂.”
“Get it in.. dat part you better. You was born a savage 💯.”
“She ain’t no joke I’m no f–king with her in the ring she might whoop my a–😨.”
“Get it girl 💪🏾 @yfnlucci boi ya might be dead 😂.”
Speaking of Carter and her on-again, off-again boyfriend YFN Lucci, the pair are apparently back on the outs.
The television personality has been posting alluding messages on her social media, seemingly hinting at another breakup with the “Boss Life” rapper. Last Thursday she cryptically wrote, “I am learning to love the sound of my feet walking away from things not meant for me 💁🏾♀️.”
In a recent episode of “T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle,” Carter opened about her and Lucci’s explosive social media squabble that took place on Twitter around April, where the rapper blasted her for not feeling “safe” with him.
With four crying emojis, Lucci tweeted, “The girl said I don’t make her feel safe. U should leave me then because your life is wayyyy more important than this relationship.”
The 20-year-old explained what took place behind their feud, saying she needed the rapper to change.
“With my relationship with Lucci, I need change,” she said during the episode. “The other day he tweeted something that really betrayed me. … With Lauren and how she talked about Nip and how she said she felt safe … I told my boyfriend that I don’t feel safe, I want you to make me feel protected but then he go tweet. … It’s humiliating.”
