Two months to the day she was born, new photos of Porsha Williams’ baby girl have emerged. Shared to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star’s Instagram page Wednesday, the pics have fans discussing just how fast Pilar Jhena’ seems to be growing up.
Williams shared a series of photos of the bundle of joy she shares with fiancé Dennis McKinley on May 22. The images, which were snapped by Atlanta-based maternity, newborn and family photographer Michelle Haley, appear to have been taken not long after PJ came home in March.
“My baby is 2 months today 🎉 @pilarjhena thank you @mhaleyphoto for this beautiful shoot,” Williams said in the caption of the first photo set she shared.
“My life’s purpose 💜 #2Months 🎉 @pilarjhena 📸 @mhaleyphoto,” the new mom added in another post’s caption.
The images captivated fans as they promptly swooned over the snoozing baby.
“The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Beautiful mommy beautiful princess.”
“A doll baby….Too ka-yuteeeeee.”
“SHE IS SO BEAUTIFUL! CONGRATULATIONS! GOD BLESS YOU BOTH!!❤️❤️❤️”
Others couldn’t believe how quickly time seems to be speeding by.
“🗣 2 months?!? You just had her #instaauntie proud , she’s a beauty for sure @porsha4real.”
“2 months already. Wow, time flies👼🏼💕”
“I can’t believe it’s been 2 months already. Ur glowing beautiful 😍😍”
“Already 2 dont blink you will be celebrating her 1st bday real soon. SHE’S SO BEAUTIFUL.”
While fans believe time has been zooming now that PJ is here, they felt the opposite way when the little one was still incubating inside her mama.
Williams kept her pregnancy a secret throughout last summer and finally came clean about expanding her family in September 2018. But fans felt her pregnancy went on a lot longer than the standard nine months, and they were not afraid to complain about it in her Instagram comments.
“Girl, I’ll be glad when you pop already! It’s like you been pregnant forever… sheesh 🤦🏾♀️”
“Why do I feel like you been pregnant for 4 years 😂 I’m here for all of it tho 🙌🙌🙌”
“Porshaaaaa you’ve been pregnant for a thousand years when do we get to see PJ 😩😩😩😩😩”
But as long as fans felt Williams’ pregnancy lasted, the journey was one the “Dish Nation” host had been on pins and needles about experiencing, given her past miscarriage. Enduring one led her to have mixed emotions upon learning she was expecting.
“When I found out I was pregnant, I was excited [but] I had mixed feelings. The other feeling that I had beside excitement was fear,” she told People magazine last fall. “I’ve had a miscarriage before in my past … So just the fear of, ‘Is the baby going to be okay? Will I make it full term?’ All those questions that you ask if you’ve had a miscarriage before.”
