Jennifer Williams stepped out Saturday to support her “Basketball Wives” co-star Ogom “O.G.” Chijindu for the athlete’s retirement party and rocked an attention-grabbing look when she attended the soiree. But a caption she wrote over one photo may indicate she’s back on the market.
Williams shared several photos of her look for O.G.’s “Beauty Is a Beast”;-themed retirement party, which celebrated her spending a decade in a women’s football league.
“Supporting another woman’s success won’t make yours any less. Congrats @iheartog on your retirement & cheers to the new chapter of your life ❤️” Williams wrote in one of her photos’ captions.
The longtime “Basketball Wives” star sported a big, ruffled pink gown, which will soon be available on her own Classy Girl Wardrobe website, to the private May 4 event. She paired the look with heels and a denim jacket. Her hair was styled in a wavy pattern that she told a commenter was “my hair plus clip ins” styled by Candace Jackson “to make it be a loose wave.”
Many fans raved about the ‘fit.
“Now THIS is a look @jenniferwilliams 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😍!!!”
“@jenniferwilliams Your outfit is beautiful but that hair made my heart flutter. It is simply GORGEOUS!! 💗💗”
“Pretty! I love that color on you it’s tea compliments your complexion!!! ❤️”
The look seemed to be inspired by Sarah Jessica Parker’s “Sex and the City” character Carrie Bradshaw. It also seemed to fuel the caption Williams curiously wrote across the photo and uploaded to her Instagram Story.
“Looking for Mr. Big…” she wrote.
The caption may simply be a reference to Bradshaw’s love interest, whom she later wed in the first “Sex and the City” film, but it may also indicate that Williams is no longer seeing the mystery man she once teased fans about.
The star never showed her boyfriend’s face, but over the past few months of 2018 she did give her followers a glimpse of who he is.
In August, Williams indicated she was a taken woman when she posted a picture of herself in a car with a mystery man’s arm in the frame and wrote, “Him❤️”. The memo left some fans skeptical, but she made it clear she did have someone special in her life in October.
That month, she shared a meme that read, “I want to be the girl who makes your bad days better and the one that makes you say, ‘My life has changed since I met her.’”
One fan took that as a sign Williams was not patient enough for love. But she corrected them by commenting, “I’m very happy in my relationship this post wasn’t about finding someone 💕.”
