Rasheeda Frost is causing quite a stir on social media.
The season 8 premiere of “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” aired on Monday, and viewers were left conflicted after Frost met 2-year-old Kannon for the first time, her husband Kirk Frost‘s love child with ex-stripper Jasmine Washington during season 6 of the series.
Last season, Kirk met his son for the first time after Washington’s paternity test revealed he was indeed the father. Although Rasheeda eventually forgave her husband for fathering a child outside of their marriage, she still couldn’t bring herself to meet her husband’s toddler. But it seems the Pressed boutique owner has moved passed that obstacle.

She took to Instagram on Monday evening after the “LHHATL” season premiere aired with a photo of herself, her and Kirk’s 5-year-old son Karter Frost, and the D-Lo manager’s son Kannon sprawled on bed together. Rasheeda appeared to be tickling her stepson as her husband apparently snapped a photo of the sweet moment.
“#Rp @frost117 Kids have so much energy 🙏🏽💪🏾…… these 2 are a handful,” the 36-year-old captioned the image on Instagram.

Her post triggered a stream of reactions from fans who both blasted her for accepting her husband’s affair and love child and others who commended her for being a “great” stepmother.

Rasheeda’s initial meeting with her stepson appeared awkward as the 2-year-old seemingly refused to make eye contact with her. When she tried to talk to Kannon by playing with his phone, the little one replied “stop it,” but he seems to have eventually warmed up to his stepmom, based on their family photo.
Since the airing of last night’s episode, Kirk’s mistress Washington has blasted Kirk and Rasheeda for only filming with her son seemingly for the purpose of television.
She wrote on her Instagram Story on March 26, “Right after that scene, I asked what time they could drop him back off.” She added that Kirk “hasn’t been over there since before Xmas. They live right around the corner from me.”
