Tamar Braxton couldn’t get through an Instagram Live stream over the weekend and promptly shut things down over comments from fans.
The “Braxton Family Values” star on Sunday, July 22 was relaxing poolside and musing about mixing soul cycle and Rise Nation, which offers VersaClimbers, an exercise program that combines climbing and cardio in a high-intensity 30-minute workout. She said doing both workouts together “changes your whole entire body.” But after only being on the stream for just over a minute and a half, Braxton ditches it all together.
“I’m getting off of live. These people are crazy! I cannot!” she says with laughter.
As for what comments could have led her to wrap things up so quickly, one fan said, “The Satellite 🛰 👓 is everything,” of her sunglasses, which Braxton said were from Yves Saint Laurent. And another began dropping several mouth emoji: “👄👄👄👄👄👄.” Early on in the video, fans were asking about her tour and canceled shows.
While Braxton addressed her fitness routine on the quick stream, she did not address a remark posted on her Instagram story last week, which indicated she was through with men and relationships — or at least men who aren’t Marvel superheroes.
“F— everybody!!! I’m [marrying] T’Chella [sic] and moving to #Wakanda. 🐐💕 Everyone else leave me be!” Braxton said Thursday, July 20.
The singer, who is in the middle of a divorce from husband of nine years Vince Herbert, was spotted with an unidentified male on the other week. The pair looked rather couple-like as Braxton gazed up at her rumored boo.
It’s just the latest bout of personal drama in the star’s life and comes after her band ditched her earlier this month to apparently perform at Essence Festival instead.
“Well my band is fired( tag the bestest) ..CAUSE….my tour got picked up today officially,” she said in her original caption on Instagram at the time. Luckily, she got some help from a DJ and Models Inc. to complete the show.
