Tamar Braxton has only been spotted with a new man for less than a week but it looks like trouble may already be brewing in paradise.
The singer was caught with an unidentified man five days ago and fans immediately began speculating about the fact that she was dating someone new while still being married to estranged husband Vince Herbert.
But while she appeared to be getting all dressed up in lingerie for him Friday, by Thursday, July 20, the “Braxton Family Values” star indicated she was through with all men — except for the Black Panther.
“F— everybody!!! I’m [marrying] T’Chella [sic] and moving to #Wakanda. 🐐💕 Everyone else leave me be!” Braxton fired off on her Instagram story.
Braxton hasn’t been so lucky in love in the last several months.
Her nine-year marriage to music producer husband Herbert fell apart in 2017, leading her to file for divorce from him in October. The split came amid rumors he had fathered a child with his mistress, which Braxton denied. They also sold their Calabasas mansion after a judge ordered Herbert to pay Sony $3.7 million over a record advance.
“I️ decided I didn’t want to be married for the sake of saying so. I wanted to have a relationship. Someone to share my/our dreams, our successes, our failures, our past, present & future with..& not finding out sh*t online,” Braxton said on Instagram last year. “Some of us ?? Have been living a LIE!..& sometimes when things R shared, what’s NOT being surfaced is that he has one or several girlfriends, or she’s never home, or he’s very general when he speaks, or ‘this doesn’t sound like him’? or he’s so busy lately!!”
Photos of the pair celebrating son Logan’s birthday earlier this summer and of them grocery shopping at Ralph’s had some fans thinking the duo would reconcile, but it seems those hopes have been effectively dashed.
Still, she has one man she can count on. Her 5-year-old recently gave a letter to his grandmother that told her she’d only be able to enjoy his company for a very specific and limited amount of time.
“Mom-mom, I’m only staying 2 days, Love Batman Logan,” the young boy’s note read, indicating he’d rather be with his mom.
