Fans Roast ‘LHHATL’ Stevie J. for Calling Kirk and Rasheeda Frost’s Relationship ‘Black Excellence’

Music producer Stevie J. confused “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” viewers when he called the married pair Rasheeda and Kirk Frost‘s the ultimate example for Black couples to look up to.

During season 7’s “LHHATL” reunion, Kirk and Rasheeda discussed the hardships they endured in their marriage. The “D-Lo” manager cheated on his wife with ex-stripper Jasmine Washington and also got her pregnant.

The pressed owner told the audience she made the decision to stick by her husband despite his infidelities and deceitful actions. Amid conversation, Stevie J. said to viewers, “This is the epitome of Black excellence, Black love.”

Social media followers were thrown off by the “good guy”‘s remarks and blasted Stevie for using the reality stars’ rocky marriage as a guide for other Black duos.

One person wrote, “Stevie said Kirk and Rasheeda are “Black Excellence” …where ? Kirk done cheated every season damn near.”

“Stevie J called Kirk and Rasheeda’s relationship BLACK EXCELLENCE…that’s a rude ass joke🤦🏾‍♂️,” another said.

“When Stevie J said that their relationship is the epitome of Black excellence I chocked 🤮”

“Kirk & Rasheeda are Black love excellence? Stevie J clearly doesn’t have enough hope & respect in Black love.”

A Twitter user commented, “There is nothing “Black excellence” about Kirk and Rasheeda. It actually reinforces hurtful stereotypes about Black relationships. But hey, what do I know? Stevie J, cokehead father of 10,000 said so.”

Kirk cheated on his wife Rasheeda during season 2 at a cabin getaway. He was caught in a hot tub with random women. After his hot tub rendezvous, he came clean to his wife. In 2014, Kirk accused his wife of cheating on him and questioned the paternity of their young son Karter. The results concluded that he was the child’s father.

Fans also dragged Stevie J. for his previous dysfunctional relationships with Joseline Hernandez and Mimi Faust. The “Hitman” cheated on both of the women for several years.
