The film stars Jennifer Hudson as the longtime wife of South African activist-turned-president, Nelson Mandela, played by Terrence Howard.
The story follows her fight during South Africa’s apartheid for her husband’s freedom during his long incarceration, which included 18 months of solitary confinement.
