The clip starts with Cree’s father Cory Hardrict, asking him about his behavior in school that day. The “All American: Homecoming” star said, “Were you good in school today?” A confused Cree responded, “Yes.”

As the video continues, Cory is seen containing his excitement about Cree’s acceptance letter by informing his son that he received an email from Cree’s teacher. While handing Cree the tablet, he said, “I’m going to show you what your teacher said, ok? Read this?”

When Cree grabs the tablet and begins to read a few lines, he automatically bursts into tears as his grandfather, Timothy Mowry, tries to console him. The clip ends with an emotional Cree hugging his father. In addition to the video, Tia expressed how proud she is of Cree in the caption.

She wrote, “SO proud of @creehardrict for getting accepted into the school of his DREAMS. As a mother, my goal was and is always to support and give my children the opportunities I never had as a child and this week, BOTH of our dreams came true! Congrats, Cree it’s only up from here. Mommy loves you and we got you!”

As the actress’ post circulated online, many fans praised both Tia and Cory for doing a great job as parents alongside the congratulatory remarks.
