Porsha Williams and Dennis McKinley‘s daughter Pilar Jhena is on the move!
Their almost 1-year-old girl took her very first steps earlier this week and the two parents couldn’t be happier. Williams, of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” took to Instagram on Wednesday, March 11 and posted a video of baby PJ walking for a few seconds to pick up a toy and then dropping back to her crawling position.
A second clip showed the little one walking across her parents’ room with the initial help of her father. Once he placed the toddler on her two feet, she jetted to the other side of their room with a bottle in her hand.
Williams said baby PJ took her first steps while she and her fiancรฉ McKinley were in the middle of filming their “Flip the Switch” challenge.
“Omg @pilarjhena is walking guys ๐ฉโค๏ธโค๏ธ๐๐พ #11Months,” the “RHOA” star wrote. “Pilar actually started walking in the middle of Dennis and I doing the #fliptheswitchchallenge ๐๐ I guess she was like ‘Aight Iโm out’๐ญ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ”
Williams’ followers were extremely excited for 11-month-old Pilar to start walking.
“Wow PJ !!!!!! She couldn’t wait & she’s doing a great job of it !!!!!! You better watch out Porsha4real !!!!!!๐”
“Time for hard bottoms so she’ll take off running, I love this stage! ๐๐๐ I can’t believe she’s walking!”

Williams and McKinley welcomed their daughter on March 22, 2019. She’s the couple’s first child together.
The 38-year-old reality TV star said being a new mom was the joy of her life. She told People magazine last April, “Iโm just so happy. Sheโs everything I ever wanted and I still canโt believe sheโs here.”
Williams and McKinley said they would like to have a second child, but haven’t set a deadline.
“We are talking about it and if it does not happen by PJ’s birthday or by June, my birthday next year, then it won’t be happening,” the new mom said on Dish Nation in December. “If it happens, it happens.”
