It seems former “Love and Hip Hop: New York” star Emily “B” Bustamante isn’t the least bit affected by the recent drama with her off-and-on mate, rapper Fabolous.
Last week, Emily and the “Can’t Deny It” rap artist were all over the news after Fab was spotted on an alleged date with another woman. The mother of three never addressed the situation head on and has instead been seen seemingly living her best life.
One recent picture posted to the reality actress’ Instagram, showed her standing on a rooftop with a drink in her left hand and posing for a photo while draped in Burberry wear. The snapshot was taken by one of her good friends Melissa Maria, whom she tagged in the post.
“Nothing but blue skies 💙,” Emily wrote via social media.
Her IG post received over 49,000 likes and a mass of fan comments.

Chaos erupted on the internet Thursday, July 25, after news outlet TMZ ran a story saying Fabolous, 41, and Emily, 38, officially called it quits after he was spotted having dinner with another woman at a Mexican restaurant in New Jersey.
The “So Into You” rapper hit back at the media and claimed he and Emily were still together and claimed he wasn’t out on a date, but was only having a lunch meeting with a teacher. He also wrote in a series of now-deleted posts, “These blogs are making fake stories & breaking up families. Complicating people’s lives for a story!!” adding that he would be suing TMZ for defamation.
Emily didn’t directly respond to the matter, but she did share a post to her Instagram Story the next morning on Friday, reading, “This often offends people when I say this but I don’t care. My mental health is a priority over any friendship or relationship.” She added, “This has been my mood all year!”
The pair are clearly no stranger to relationship woes and dealt with a domestic abuse matter last year after Fabolous was arrested for allegedly knocking Emily’s teeth out and harassing her family. The rapper was indicted for domestic violence for the incident in October, but struck a plea deal in March to avoid jail time.
Emily and Fab were rumored to be married after photos showed both of them rocking a wedding ban on their wedding finger, but it was never confirmed.
They currently share two sons together, Jonas Jackson, 4, and Johan Jackson, 11 and daughter Tania from Emily’s previous relationship.
