Long ago, Porsha Williams prayed to have a daughter of her own. Now that she has one, the new mom will be able to style her hair and has wasted little time doing so.
“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star on Wednesday shared a video on her Instagram page of 10-week-old Pilar Jhena’ with her hair pulled into two small pigtails on the top of her head.
“You like your ponytails?” Williams coos at her little one, who gazes at the camera rather expressionlessly. “You like your ponytails, girl? Yeah! You bad! You bad, girl! Yeah, honey! Work the ponytails, little PJ!”
Further displaying her excitement over the baby’s hair, Williams captioned the June 12 video “1st P O N Y T A I L S👧🏾🥰 @pilarjhena.”
Fans were just as excited about PJ’s new hairstyle as her reality TV star mama.

Well before Pilar’s face was revealed to the world, a “RHOA” fan account let fans know the baby had a full head of hair upon birth.
“She has a nice head of hair on her head, too,” Williams dished to People magazine in April, a month after giving birth to Pilar. “That’s where that heartburn came from!” Williams said. “I was prepared if she didn’t have any, though. I have headbands, beyond. But I didn’t really need them. I cannot wait to give my little girl one of those Go Naked ponytails. She is our next model, I know it!”
Meanwhile, it’s not just PJ whose style Williams is switching up. She’s also changing her own looks.
Earlier this week, Williams shared a selfie with her Instagram followers with a seemingly makeup-free appearance — including the noticeable absence of her signature false lashes — and a blond wig and a ball cap.
“SelfCare #SelfLove 🎯 *No I didn’t brush my wig, go brush ya teeth lol,” she captioned the selfie.
Fans instantly sounded off about how unrecognizable the star was, wondering, “Who is this blonde bombshell?” They also confused her for her younger half-sister, Lauren Williams.
“At first glance I thought this was @lodwill,” one fan remarked.
However, by the following day, Williams was back to her usual dark black hair as she jetted off to Los Angeles for what she described as a “secret project” with her mom, Diane.
