If Salma Hayek has been able to maintain anything regardless of age, it’s her effortless beauty. Last year, the “Desperado” actress was featured on the cover of a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
Hayek recently marked her birthday milestone with a playful moment that left little to the imagination.
Her celebration echoes Halle Berry’s recent milestone, as both actresses embraced turning 60 with confidence, humor, and plenty of skin.

Ahead of her new film, “Without Blood,” Hayek celebrated her 60th birthday with a visit to a beach where her clothes were not invited.
On Sept. 7, she shared two refreshing images of herself, including one of her submerged in shallow water.
Holding her face in her hands, Hayek smiled with grace while lying on her stomach, as her backside peeked through the ripples.
The second image was more ethereal.
The “From Dawn to Dusk” star stood with her back to the camera, tilted her head back, and wiped her face as gentle waves glistened around her.
Despite the serene setting, fans quickly focused on the water’s more revealing view.
“60 and grateful,” Hayek wrote as the caption. Her post hit over a million likes and 10,000 comments on her birthday photos.
One fan response reads, “Salma Hayek is 60 years old? Wow! Her beauty has not changed a bit.”
A third person joked about wanting to see more of Hayek’s rump in the first image. They said, “I keep trying to swipe to the right but it won’t show me more of the picture.”
A fourth person who was also taken aback by Hayek’s age wrote, “60? That has to be a typo right?”
Another shocking but flirty comment read, “Salma Hayek and Halle Berry have entered unprecedented territory.”
Hayek’s confidence reflects her own approach to aging. In a 2024 interview with Vogue, she explained that she embraces “what these years have gifted me.”
In regards to her beauty secrets, she said, “I don’t want to look overproduced. Everybody is too overproduced, and they look gorgeous, but that’s not the look I want for myself.”
Hayek Pinault also turned heads in a tailored black lace gown at the Kering Foundation’s fifth annual Caring for Women Dinner in Manhattan on Sept. 10.
The actress paired the floor-length dress with bows and a vibrant green Bottega Veneta handbag. The luxury brand belongs to Kering, which her husband, François-Henri Pinault, runs.
Newly turned 60-year-old Halle Berry shares Hayek’s appreciation for aging. Last month, Berry told NewBeauty, “When I was in my 20s, I thought, ‘Oh, 60 is going to be really old.’”
“I feel like my best self,” she added, “And that’s a really good feeling. Aging is a privilege. I’m so lucky that I’m still here.”
In fact, Berry’s birthday celebration looked as peaceful and liberating as Hayek’s, according to photos on Instagram.
Berry turned 60 on August 14, but she and her fiancé, Van Hunt, have been celebrating all month long. The couple recently took a couple’s trip to Los Cabos, Mexico, and it looked like a truly relaxing and special time.
Berry’s birthday celebration also looked peaceful and liberating. She and her fiancé, Van Hunt, marked the milestone with a romantic trip to Los Cabos, Mexico.
The “Catwoman” star shared photos and videos from their getaway, including swimming, dancing, boat rides, beachside dinners, and kisses.
Several images showed Berry wearing a cream-and-black bikini or lingerie near the water while Hunt enjoyed the moment beside her.
Hayek and Berry may celebrate differently, but both women share the same message: turning 60 has not dimmed their confidence.
From playful beach photos to romantic birthday getaways, the actresses are embracing age without surrendering their glamour, sensuality, or sense of fun. And judging by the reactions, fans are more than happy to celebrate with them.
