A Donald Trump supporter has snapped after receiving a troubling update about her son’s Navy deployment.
One military mom is looking at the president much differently after a conversation changed everything she thought she knew.
Now, she’s asking questions she never expected to ask and questioning the very promise that convinced her to support Trump.

The Navy deployed the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier from San Diego in November for a planned seven-month mission.
Nine months later, the crew still has no timetable for returning home after the U.S. campaign against Iran extended far beyond its original expectations.
The Lincoln pulled into port in Oman on July 7. It was its first extended stop since a brief call in Guam back in December. By the time it reached shore, the carrier had spent 208 continuous days at sea, a modern-day record for a Navy aircraft carrier.

According to MS NOW, family members described dwindling supplies, broken facilities, and growing exhaustion. The carrier spent a record 208 straight days at sea before finally reaching Oman in July.
The crew has spent just two days off the ship since leaving. Sailors describe moldy showers, broken toilets, food rationing, and a floating city pushed to its limit.
“The morale is not good. Apparently, the ship’s doctor or therapist said they need to hit port soon or people are going to start, you know, losing their minds,” said Bonnie York, whose stepson serves aboard the Lincoln.
Navy veteran Brett Snow said the already dangerous flight deck has reached its breaking point. “It’s an environment that’s ripe for accidents,” he said.
Nicole Conrad hasn’t seen her son’s face in seven months. She said he told her about locked showers, closed laundry rooms, and meals reduced to half a cup of rice and two tortillas. She voted for Trump. She’s done waiting.
“Go visit. If you want to sit here and you want to say that Trump is taking care of the soldiers, go yourself,” Conrad said in a message to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
Meanwhile, Hegseth wants more money for the war. Months earlier, a watchdog reported the Pentagon spent millions on king crab, lobster, and ribeye steaks.

One follower asked, “How are our soldiers going to have the energy to fight this unholy war?”
One commenter didn’t hold back: “They never cared about our troops! They only care about how this war will make them richer!” Another said, “Anybody who voted for Trump and his lies are a fool you reap what you sow.”
Others revived Trump’s long history of controversial comments about military service members, arguing the latest complaints fit a pattern that has followed him for years.
Trump called the late Sen. John McCain’s five-year POW captivity in Vietnam a disqualifier for hero status in 2015 during their contentious race for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination.
The next year, the president told a grieving widow her husband “knew what he signed up for.”
The president, derided by many as a draft dodger after receiving a deferment for bone spurs during the Vietnam War, allegedly called fallen soldiers “losers” and “suckers” in 2018.

Trump dismissed traumatic brain injuries as headaches in 2020. He ranked the Medal of Honor beneath a civilian award in 2024. His campaign shoved aside cemetery officials at Arlington.
Last December, he refused to bow his head along with the military officials next to him during a ceremony receiving fallen soldiers. Year after year, a pattern follows.
The sailors signed up to serve. Their families are asking for one thing: bring them home, and take care of them while they’re out there.
