‘Caresha Come Get Him’: Fans Say Diddy Took His Joker Costume Too Far After He Got Into Altercation with This ‘Power’ Star

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ costume as Heath Ledger’s Joker character from “The Dark Knight” may have garnered plenty of laughs this Halloween, but his spooky celebrations nearly ended in fisticuffs after his antics appeared to be too much for “Power” actor Michael J. Ferguson.

In a viral clip that has slowly been making its way around social media, the hip-hop mogul, who looked unrecognizable in a purple coat, green hair and white-and-red clown makeup, brandishing a fake submachine gun and even fake grenades, was seen getting into a heated exchange with the rising star, who played 2-Bit in 50 Cent’s “Power” universe, including “Power Book II: Ghost.”

It’s unclear what caused the commotion other than Furgerson not initially knowing it was the Harlem native in white face paint. Still, he could be heard calling Diddy “P–sy” on multiple occasions, before the Bad Boy Records founder, who recently changed his name to “Love,” began to laugh maniacally, further leaning into the character that earned the late Ledger a posthumous win for Best Supporting Actor at the 2009 Academy Awards.

The newly announced billionaire declared Ferguson a “clown” before going off on the actor. “What’s up, baby? You don’t like me?” he asked. “Then muthaf–king get to it, n–ga. If you don’t like me, you muthaf–king fronting. Get to it, b–ch. Don’t f–king play with me on Halloween. I’m out here with love, n–ga.”

Things became even more heated when the “Power Book IV: Force” actor asked: “What up?” with a smirk, to which the veteran industry figure replied: “It’s what up then, n–ga! Come on here, and I’ll bust yo s–t! You f–king p–sy, make sure you won’t never talk to me like that, n–ga. I’m love, n–ga!”

The “Gotta Move On” singer was able to smooth things after ultimately revealing his true identity. “It’s Puff. Come here; give me a hug,” he said as the pair embraced each other.

Still, Diddy seemingly wanted to remind Ferguson that things could’ve gotten worse, saying, “You’re lucky ’cause I’m really about that,” to which the actor replied: “I’m with it, too,” before whispering something in Diddy’s ear. He soon let out a Joker-Esque laugh and hugged Ferguson, telling him, “Come to the afterparty and change your vibration.”

Still, many viewers online felt Diddy may have gone too far with his shenanigans, including one user who wrote, “And this is what they mean when they say ‘You can’t build a kingdom with a man that craves the attention of the village.’ Diddy, you’re a whole billionaire. The type of people you give access to you with that type of money is crazy.”

That person added, “That trying to be cool and relevant in the wrong environments is going to get you caught up sir.” Another person supported the remark, writing, “Diddy really deep into his character he gotta Chill, 2bit gonna turn this into a real DarkNight lol.” A third person wrote, “He taking his role too serious. Caresha come get him.”

Diddy later returned to social media, where he cleared the air, writing, “Had a fun night. It’s all love. Hugged like black kings should do when it comes to some bulls–t. Elsewhere, he added, “Love. Love. Love.”

The legendary entertainer also ran into Grammy Award-winning rapper Tyler the Creator in traffic and pretended to hijack his vehicle. Tyler’s reaction was much more pleasant, with him telling the rap mogul, “This is top tier,” while grinning from ear to ear.
