‘One Thing About Her, She Gonna Talk In Circles’: Sheree Whitfield Admits to Having the Same Private Label as Shein

Sheree Whitfield proved a lot of naysayers wrong after finally dropping her long-awaited clothing line, “SHE by Sheree,” however, the entrepreneur recently faced backlash after people compared her “Trina Two Piece Set” to a two piece set from the affordably priced online company Shein.

In a recent “In The Know” interview with journalist Gibson Johns, Whitfield spoke out about the accusations directed toward her and her company.

“I’ve gotten a good production management and they came up with the idea to incorporate some other pieces that, you know, a few other pieces with my custom pieces that will offer different prices with different people.”

As she began to further explain, Whitfield clarified that she does not make every piece that is made for her fashion line. “I don’t design everything. I don’t design hats. I don’t design things like that so all I can say is that, Shein or Cheyenne or whatever, they shop at the same production private label.”

Whitfield also expressed confusion as to why she has been held to “a different degree than everybody else” when according to the 52-year-old, “Any of these online boutiques, any of these, a lot of these stores you go to a lot of designers they – it’s called private label. They’re not necessarily designing every garment in their line, and some are not designing any of them.”

While Whitfield may not be the only brand that has followed such a process, ride-or-die fans who have waited 14 years for her apparel issued disappointment in her response to the question.

“One thing about her, she gonna talk in circles”

“Buttt if you’re going to use the same vendor then lower your prices”

“Then why did she go to the fabric store and was acting like she was a designer if she knew she was going to go to Shein”

Whitfield has confirmed new outfit arrivals are in the making.
