‘Baby You Gonna Be Sore Tomorrow’: LisaRaye Caught Dancing Again, and Fans Are Confused By Her Skills

Actress LisaRaye McCoy is living her best life.

The “Single Ladies” star nearly put a hole in the dance floor while putting her best moves to the test with friend Shamea Morton. The two ladies were in the Bahamas, where radio personality Rickey Smiley brought in his 54th birthday. Footage of the ladies shows them sans a care in the world as they playfully served up fly girl moves while doing a shuffle-like dance.

“One thing Shamea gone do is dance,” and “@shameamorton gone turn up!! Periodt!!! Love her energy,” wrote fans who could not take their eyes off Morton. Another commented, “Baby I know y’all gon be sore tomorrow lol  cut up ladiesssssssss.”

The Atlanta native is no stranger to putting her best foot forward. The familiar face on the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” is a former professional dancer. For years, Morton was a part of the Atlanta Hawks dance team, and she was also a part of the Atlanta Falcons cheer squad.

McCoy, on the other hand, is famously known for her seductive moves she displayed while portraying single mom and exotic dancer Diamond in “The Players Club.” However, the actress recently turned heads with video of her grooving on yet another dance floor in celebration of “Cocktails With Queens” co-host Vivica A. Fox’s birthday in Jamaica.

“Girl u livin your best life ALWAYS SOMEWHERE DANCING! I love to see it!

“Yessssssss🔥you are the GOAT or those just some good a$$ flip flops…my guess is both”

Another fan wrote, “You out there cutting up LRaye!! I love it.”

Others commented on how the dance moves coupled with the vibe of the party were both reminiscent of parties from years past. “This the House Party Days. Go ahead,” wrote one person.

“That’s literally how we were dancing at parties in the early 90’s.”

“Get it!! [heart emoji] it! Ain’t nuthin like a 80’s vibe!!!” wrote another.
