Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade‘s love has lasted throughout the years with good laughs, open dialogue and hilarious moments with their youngest daughter, Kaavia James. The happy couple sent each other sweet notes of love via Instagram on Valentine’s Day.
Wade shared a picture of himself and Union from The Lodge at Blue Sky Luxury Resort in Utah. In the caption, he wrote, “I’m serious about mine. Happy Valentines Day my G. @gaunion,” with the hashtag #itsherjoyforme.
Union shared a short video clip of herself dancing to “Laffy Taffy” from Atlanta rap group D4L. The camera pans over around the room and zooms into Wade’s unphased face at the end. Using the laughing and the black heart emojis, Union wrote in the caption, “My valentine. Loving you.”
Fans had nothing but laughs for the happy couple, including a handful of Instagram users who noticed Wade look tired or unbothered by his wife’s dance moves.
“LMAOOO his face,” wrote one user, while another said, “Wade looking like save me please.” Another said, “Dwyane so unbothered.. go to sleep and let Gabby light shine get it, sis.” A third asked, “Is he over it? It certainly looks like it right here.”
In response to others, Wade blamed his unphased look on needing to hit the sheets, writing, “My 40-year-old a– was ready for [bed].”
Many pointed out where Union and Wade’s 3-year-old daughter, Kaavia James, gets her facial expressions from, including one who called Wade “Kaavia’s doppelganger.”
Another said, “Lol, aww! THAT’S where “shady baby” gets her side-eye from!”
In addition to the commentary about the Union-Wade family, others mentioned their love for old-school music. One wrote, “Love That’s the jam.” Another added, “Yall make my day, please keep posting.”
Wade and Union have been married since 2014. The duo welcomed Kaavia James Union Wade in 2018 via surrogacy after years of Union dealing with infertility. They co-parent Wade’s children from previous relationships: Zaire Wade, 19, 14-year-old Zaya Wade and 8-year-old Xavier.
