Keyshia Cole is trying out another TikTok dance, but she might have needed a little more practice with this one before showcasing it to the world. On Feb. 23 she uploaded a video to her TikTok account of her attempting to do the dance that goes along with rapper Mooski’s song “Track Star.”
The dance was created by another TikToker by the name of Jerimiah Chun-Li. In the dance, he does a variation of dance moves that require running, walking, looking back, repeating the first two moves, jumping up, popping your legs and knees, then cupping your mouth, and leaning back in a full circle, followed by repeating the last three steps.
Although it looks like she tried her best, the mother of two did not even do half of the dance correctly. Rocking straight fiery red hair and a see-through sparkly all-black jumpsuit, she made sure she looked good while trying the moves. She got to the part of the dance where the participant looks back before giving up and doing her own thing to the dance.
Writing about the “Heaven Sent” singer’s moves, “Love and Hip Hop Hollywood” cast member Lazell Shaw wrote, “My friend always gotta add her own moves 😂😂 but baby 😍😍😍😍.”
Other fans had to be honest and decided to comment on how off Cole was. One person said, “That’s not the dance routine keyshia 😢,” and someone else said, “It’s the way she’s moving that’s irking me 😂but luv her.”
This dance might have been a fail, but Cole previously proved to fans that she has rhythm by killing a different dance. Last April she and her then-boyfriend Niko Khale, who is also the father of her youngest son, flexed their footwork skills in the “Oh Na Na” challenge. That dance requires a lot more precision and quick movements, and fans agreed that they succeeded in the challenge.
