Singer Teyana Taylor recently shocked fans with her post-baby body following the birth of her newborn daughter Rue Rose less than two weeks ago.
On Sept. 15, The Shade Room posted a black-and-white video of Taylor’s husband Iman Shumpert jokingly complaining about not having intimate relations with his wife who was standing behind him wearing only white undergarments. “The doctor said to wait six weeks, I told him it’s been a long 8 months.” Fans’ attention immediately shifted to the dancer’s midriff. The video, which garnered over 4 million likes and over 12,000 comments, had fans shook at what they saw as how fast Taylor’s snapback game was.
One fan said,”she has a 6 pack back already… let me finish this lasagna and go work out 😪.”
“Her snap back game is undefeated. 😩😍😍😍,” a second fan gushed.
A third fan was quick to mention, “she had a baby 8 days ago.”
“This lady so fine,” a fourth fan raved.
A fifth fan asked for the singer’s secret, “wow. It’s the SnapBack for me. I need her regimen NOW! 😍😍.”
In an interview with Us Weekly back in 2019, the “Gotta Love Me” singer shared her fitness secrets. One thing she revealed was that she doesn’t eat vegetables but did mention that she remains healthy by intense dance cardio-based workouts. “On my own, I have a dance fitness program called fade2fit.com, so that’s the only workout I do,” she says of the online video workouts. “You can watch it and take it home, it’s all good.”
Taylor also explained that dancing helped her keep her figure following the birth of her now-4-year-old daughter Iman Jr. “The only real workout I do is dancing and performing. I was touring right up until after I was six months pregnant and I was in really good shape, so after she came I just went right back down, almost immediately. That’s the way I do it. I love to dance.”
Taylor and Shumpert have been married since 2016 after initially meeting in 2014.
