Rasheeda Frost is over online users trolling her.
The “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” star took to Instagram on Sunday, July 5, and posted a video that showed her prepping food orders at her Frost Bistro restaurant. She was forced to put on a mask after people online blasted her for not wearing one in an earlier clip she shared that day.
“Where’s your mask,” one fan wrote underneath her post. Another person agreed and added, “Ughhh yes, I won’t be eating anywhere if the people don’t have a mask on and IDC who it is! N no hair net yuck.”
Frost hit back at naysayers in a separate post, saying, “And for y’all talking, d-mn, I did the video, I took my mask off ’cause you can’t hardly tell what somebody’s saying when they godd-mn talking.”
She continued, “Jesus, y’all got dog! Let a n–ga work! Let me put my mask back on.” Frost also added in her caption, “Just working.”
Instagram users applauded Frost for snapping back at critics. A fan wrote, “Girl do your thing! Folks be miserable in the comments!” Another followed up with, “You ain’t owe us nothing sis!!! This YOUR business…literally 💯.”
One person urged Frost to go off on her haters and said, “😂 I’m weak !! Tell him Sheeda!! Chyyyy it’s gets real when the boss gotta work and jump in.”
Running businesses is nothing new to Frost.
The “Boss Chick” owns two Pressed clothing boutiques, a restaurant, Poiz Cosmetics and Rasheeda Fit.
Even through the pandemic, Frost has been able to manage her online boutique and reallocate her resources digitally.
“What a lot of people don’t know is that I’ve been online for over 10 years now. Previously, my online store was called I’m Bossy. Then I changed the name over to Pressed,” Frost explained to Footwear News in April. “So we’ve always been popping that way — we’ve just picked it up a little bit. We’re still getting a lot of people ordering and supporting us — but it’s nothing like the physical locations. We miss our customers.”
The television personality and her husband Kirk Frost were forced to temporarily close down their bistro at the beginning of the pandemic, but they opened it back up this week.
Rasheeda further told Footwear News that it was important for everyone to remain focused on their goals despite all that’s going on.
“Let’s stay motivated, driven and focused,” she said. “Don’t get frustrated, and let’s not get sidetracked. It can be stressful, but let’s continue to grow and build and set examples as mothers and leaders. It’s difficult, but we have to look at the lessons to be learned in all of this.”
