Trina Braxton broke out in a sweat on Monday, June 1, and it wasn’t because of the hot Georgia weather. The reality star of “Braxton Family Values” posted a video on Instagram that showed her riding around downtown Atlanta with her husband and businessman Von Scales. Over the past several days, an eruption of protests broke out in the Peach State following the death of George Floyd. Braxton filmed the marches for her social media followers, but some fans became distracted when they saw the 45-year-old Braxton dripping with sweat.
At the beginning of the clip, the former “Sister Circle” talk show host wiped her makeup-free face with a paper towel. Braxton expressed that she believed more people were showing up to the demonstrations toward the end of the day because the weather cooled down. Scales declared that the city was not too hot, sharing that it was only 3 p.m. At the 00:33 mark Braxton said, “Well I get hot. I’m going through menopause dear.”
Braxton’s video received over 70,000 views and many comments of people expressing that they related to Braxton’s life transformation.

Braxton and Scales seem to be enjoying their time together as newlyweds. The pair met through a mutual friend in 2015, and Scales proposed to Braxton in March 2019 during Tamar Braxton‘s birthday trip to Napa Valley. Braxton and Scales tied the knot in December 2019.
