Williams’ hair typically extends past her shoulders, so people were shocked to see she traded in her lengthy locks for a shorter hairstyle. Williams’ drastic hair change caused fans to do a double take, and some even claimed she looked like the R&B singer Ciara.
The longtime cast member of “Basketball Wives” posted a video to the social media platform that depicted her sitting in the car swaying her head to the music blasting through her speakers. Williams, a native of New Jersey, wore a Gucci designer baseball cap and two diamond rings as she held one finger slightly toward her face.
The 43-year-old reality star appeared to be reminiscing on her life before the pandemic based on her social media caption. “#TBT when outside was open 😩,” she wrote. A few people empathized with the former real estate agent for craving a taste of the sunshine, but it was her short, straight tresses that actually caught the majority of her fans’ attention.

Williams and Ciara share a couple of similarities with each other. Both women stand tall at 5 feet, 7 inches and have been married to professional athletes. Williams married former Celtics NBA player Eric Williams in 2007, but the couple divorced in 2011. The “Promise” hitmaker tied the knot with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson in 2016 and the two announced in January that they’re expecting their second child together.
