Ashanti is clearly a classic beauty.
The 39-year-old R&B crooner recently posted a photo of herself fresh after a workout. She took to her Instagram story this week and posted a bareface selfie. The image showed the diva in a black-and-white sports bra with her hair pulled back in a bun.
Ashanti apparently had finished a vigorous workout and appeared fatigure. The selfie showed the star in her natural beauty without a hint of makeup. She wrote across the image, “Muh phukn tied bruh”
In a separate post, the “Rain on Me” artist listed all the components of the workout she completed, such as 150 crunches and 60 lunges.
“Okay day two 40m on the bike no less than 80rpms on level 6. 3 sets of 150 crunches, 3 sets of 20 lunges, with 10lbs weights & 3 sets of 10 tricep extensions with 10lbs,” she wrote, adding that she can’t jump rope due to a foot injury.
Ashanti’s fresh-faced picture comes a few days after fans misidentified her as her little sister, Kenashia “Shia” Douglas.
The “Stuck” actress celebrated her sister’s 31st birthday with a sweet and lengthy IG message. She wrote, “I couldn’t imagine it without you.. thank you for always being by my side and behind the scenes… for all of your creative input and energy. I am beyond proud of everything that you have overcome … Screaming Happy Birthday!!! I love you!!! 🥳”
Fans easily mistook Shia for Ashanti in the post.
