Tia Mowry-Hardrict appears to have officially lost all of her baby weight. The former teen sensation showed off her post-pregnancy body and social media users were inspired to see the mother of two flaunting her midsection on Instagram.
Hardrict wore a black sports bra, a pair of black leggings, and black running shoes to show off her snatched physique. The 41-year-old actress posed comfortably for her photo by placing her hands on her hips and smizing fiercely at the camera. In her caption, Hardrict opened up to fans about the importance of physical and mental health.
She revealed that she has been taking care of herself by eating and drinking things that support her immune system. The “Sister, Sister” actress shared that she has indulged in Vitamin C supplements as well as taken in frozen vegetables and fruit to enhance her diet. The “Family Reunion” star concluded her message by saying, “Ps, YES those are stretch marks and I’m freaking proud of them!”
Hardict’s message appeared to have inspired many fans to take care of their health. However, most of her millions of followers praised the model for showing off a not-so-picture-perfect body.
“Stretch Marks Crew 👋🏾🙌🏾,” one user wrote.
“I just love this picture!!! I said, that looks like my stomach!! I’m so happy to see this..made me feel good,” a second user admitted.
A third user wrote, “You are so authentic 🙌🏽.”

“Omg yes!!! Thank you for being so raw and beautiful! Not many celebrities have the courage you have. I appreciate you!!! 🙌,” a fifth praised.
A sixth user commented, “🙌🏾 yas to the stretch marks.”
Hardrict revealed that she has lost a total of 65 pounds since giving birth to her baby girl, Cairo Tiahna Hardrict, in 2018. She shared that it took her three years to finally feel like herself after preparing for a baby. She admitted the first year she prepped her womb, the second year she gave birth to her daughter, and the third year she was breast feeding.
Hardrict has been transparent about the struggles that came along with being pregnant with her daughter. She suffered from endometriosis, a painful condition that happens when tissue similar to the tissue in the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus. The disorder sparked her interest in the wellness industry.
Hardrict launched a multivitamin line, Anser, to help people of all ethnicities and ages to stay healthy. The entrepreneur appears to be taking self-care very seriously. She meditates daily, hits the gym, eats healthy, and appears to enjoy spending time with her family. She has an older son, Cree Hardrict, with her husband, Cory Hardrict.
