It looks like Yandy Smith-Harris has exceptional taste when it comes to her décor.
The “Love and Hip Hop: New York” reality star posted an important message along with a sweet photo of her family this week, but fans seemed more concerned with her interior decorating skills. She took to Instagram on Tuesday and uploaded a picture that showed her with her husband Mendeecees Harris and their 5-year-old daughter, Skylar, lounging around their home as a result of a mandatory quarantine because of the coronavirus.
Smith-Harris also posted a lengthy message, urging folks to take advantage of their downtime.
“I know for a lot of you #socialdistancing and being home for work is a bit problematic. Trust me as an owner of several small businesses Im feeling it too,” she wrote. “PRAYING through the stress and here’s the up side…finally you can spend some quality family time, you can read together, watch a favorite movie and all though schools are closed…the mind is not! Open your mind to new ways of living and loving…”
Several of the Smith-Harris’ fans gushed over her family photo with her kids and husband. Others were more so distracted by her large green couch that seemingly stretched halfway across her living room.
“WHERE YOU GET UR COUCH FROM ITS ?🔥 That decor👌”
“Yes and your house is beautiful 🔥 this couch looks so comfy”
“This is a couch? Wtf damn that thing is huge! 👀”
“Where did you get that sofa from. I’m looking for something like that. I need that couch”
“Ummm the couch ‼️ 😩 mail it to me neooww it’s big af! It looks so comfortable we need details now”
“Where is this couch from? 😍 oh yeah by the way welcome home Mendeecee!!! what a gorgeous family”
A mass of her IG followers was ecstatic to see her have her husband back home after he spent more than five years in prison.
Harris was released in late January after serving his sentence for drug trafficking. Since his homecoming, he and Smith-Harris have been taking advantage of their family time with their two kids.
The father of four wrote a sweet message to his family on Feb. 5 via Instagram, saying, “Having a place to go is a home. Having someone to love 💕 is a family. Having both is a BLESSING. Family is everything. Thank u for all of y’all welcomes.. they’re really appreciated and it doesn’t go unnoticed!! 🙏🏽”
